Oily wastewater pretreatment CPI

Technology Overview
The CPI is the tilted plate oil remover, and the ADAF is the Andmir Dissolved Air Flotation, these two can be combined to form the oily wastewater pretreatment process. The technology is mature and reliable and has been successfully applied in the wastewater treatment process of the petroleum and petrochemical industry.

Technical principle
According to the status of the oily wastewater, it can be divided into the floating oil (oil particle size is larger than 60μm), the dispersed oil (oil particle size is between 10-60μm), the emulsified oil (oil particle size is less than 10μm) and the soluble oil. The CPI(Corrugated Plate Interceptor)has added the tilted plate on the basis of horizontal sedimentation tank, with the increased separation area, it can remove the large amount of floating oil and some dispersed oil. The ADAF is Andmir Dissolved Air Flotation, which has improved the dissolved air pressure on the basis of the traditional air flotation and has added the automatic measures like the tilted plate, and improved oil and mud removing, etc, it has the advantages of small land occupation, high separation efficiency and good effects of removing the dispersed oil and emulsified oil.
